    Kaeo Weekes

He would still be playing for Blacktown. There is no chance he'd oust DCE or Brooks from First Grade for at least another season. So, it was sensible of him and the club to part ways.

All NRL Games [Round 13, 2024]

Golden Point is unfair on the losing team. The whole emphasis of RL is to score tries, not field goals yet this is the intention of teams when it reaches GP. And the way rules are interpreted these days makes the result a real lottery. I still can't understand what happened in the 'Fins V...

well. I guess there is nothing wrong with the theory that no matter how many points we concede we have a plan to score more.

    State of Origin Team Predictions

There is no doubt Queensland has the most dynamic backline. Great speed, great skills, great leaping abilities. On paper it has the better squad. However, NSW has been picked on its resilience and defensive capabilities. Apart from axing Api and Ado Carr I applaud the selections. I'm hoping we...

Twent Barrett - Worst coach in history?

That's what we thought after his Manly escapade. There are always opportunities for coaches in the NRL. It's the best career to be in; fail, get a large payout, get re-hired by another club who don't do their due diligence, fail, get a payout, repeat....

    No thanks. That two!

    2025 recruitment & retention

If Cobbo moves it will be to Easts who hold this 'magical' attraction for the sport's best players.

    [Resurrected] Lol @ Parra

It looked obvious to me that Parra players didn't have the passion of their Souths' opponents. Doesn'tmatta should have beaten Souths; on paper they looked superior. But they just didn't compete with the same intensity. It tells me that the Parra boys are not committed, and it's going to take a...

    Manly - Top 8

It is irrelevant whether you get two points or no points. Surely everybody can work out a points table simply by checking if a team has had the guaranteed two points for a bye, or not.

All NRL Games [Round 12, 2024]

We don't need any more outside backs. We need another strong prop. Doesn'tmatta have a couple of good'uns, when they are motivated that is.

    Manly pack stepped up

We are a much more formidable pack when Tent and Al are on the park. I hope Sippers can regain some form. We do need another strong prop on the bench.

    MVP: Rd 12 v Storm

    3. Jurbo 2. Burbo 1. Talau It's great to have so many other worthy recipients. There were another 3-4 players who were vying for my points.

    Needed to Win tough

However, I do like the fact that penalties have been kept low in the past couple of matches.

    Needed to Win tough

We've beaten the three top sides, Penrith, Easts and Melbourne, and been the better side against Brisbane. We have a great winning record against Cronulla, the current front runners. It just shows that if we can get into the top eight we'll have plenty of scared opposition.

    Lehi Hopoate

Probably, although Ray had a very strong match tonight in both attack and defence. I also love his passion. He is an NRL standard winger.
