THE Sunshine Coast Sea Eagles are just one win away from securing a Queensland Cup finals position.

With two rounds to play in the regular season, the Brandon Costin-coached team is in fourth spot, two points clear of the sixth-placed Burleigh Bears.

Two wins will give the Sea Eagles a top-four spot and the right to a home semi-final.

The Sea Eagles racked up their sixth straight win at the weekend with a 52-10 thrashing of the Ipswich Jets at Stockland Park.

The Sunshine Coast team will meet Burleigh (sixth) on Sunday before closing out the regular rounds against Mackay (seventh) at Stockland Park the following Sunday.
