Interesting the Roosters are after Gagai. They were also reportedly looking at Staggs along with us. I find it hard to believe if they did land Gagai they would also go for Staggs as well. Was rumoured Aloiai was very close to be going heading over there just before the start of the season. He is on around 600k along with Schusters 625k. We are definitely in the market for an origin quality player. That cash will also go towards Lodge and Brown upgrades but still plenty of money...- Ben

Coach Seibold thoughts so far.... so good
I’d assume it would be for future retention and recruitment. The club would want a clear vision as to who’s in charge and Seibs would want to be planning long term strategies knowing he is going to be the main man. I would certainly be looking at a zippy hooker to be coming off the bench as this will be Lawtons last year. Humphreys is very similar to Croker and could potentially over take him. We need to offset this style of hooker we already have. Depending how Garrick progresses this year it hard to...- Ben
