I think we had a decent first half and probably the first 10mins of the second half. But we gassed ourselves with not enough reward. Got to hand it to dogs. They played almost a perfect game.
How hard could it be to overlay a grid over the footage to assist the bunker - they obviously need assistance. After all they overlay those incessant and ugly advertisements all over the pitch during the broadcast.
I’m a little concerned at the way Jake said he’d go OK if he gets a go. Sounds like Brookes’ injury might be a bit worse than they’re letting on. I hope not!!
Loving the defensive mindset tonight. Fast line speed, grit in each tackle and making them hurt. That’s the attitude in defence we need every week. That’s semi finals footy.
Wouldn’t surprise me if it’s close at half time then storm pull away in the second half. They’re a bit prone to doing that this year. We might even have a slender lead at the break.
