    I like Jake he is an outstanding person and clubman, passionate and bleeds Manly. For me it’s Turbo who I think should be club captain, he has a high footy IQ and provides inspirational plays that not many in the game can do and that’s not a knock on the others it’s Turbo being so good.

    I think this is where the difficult conversations start, @Woodsie makes a valid point (employer duty of care) and the Olam scenario is to your point he didn’t want to retire, though he eventually came to an agreement on his medical retirement.
