    Put him on a games played contract. Divide his contract by the number of games in the year, but only pay him 1/3 rate for the games he misses. If he wants Manly to take the punt on him, then maybe he should be prepared to do the same.

    I partly agree with you Mark. One thing I have noticed is that the NSW team doesn't seem to take a loss personally.
