2024 Optimist/Pessimist Thread - How are you feeling?
Some interesting opinions already. I am almost generally optimistic, as I don't have time to mope - but totally understand we are all individuals. Top 8 is a minimum expectation for the year for me - and if we get a good run of injuries, I expect top 4.... miss the 8, and I will be very disappointed- Harmless27

I think the clue was in the title - 'restarting the engine' - this was more about the club getting going again than a focus on an individual. I.e. we need to review the salary cap process because it is no longer fair? or are you saying that we should get rid of the cap and work the system harder? As a fan, I give my heart and soul to a club. I support them through thick and thin, good times and bad. I defend them (sometimes beyond rationality). I hate the fact that the NRL and AFL feel the need to claim they are better than each other. Completely different sports, different appeal, and built on different foundations.
