    This is the difference between Manly and the Roosters. Uncle Nick has torn up the contracts of a few players they signed but had reservations leaving their current clubs. Manly offered more $$ and an additional year to sign a guy that doesn't want to play for Manly .

    I think it's just plain and simple that DCE knows Spoony is a schiit coach and doesn't want to be there as we are no hope of a premiership with him as coach.

    If Walsh is good enough, what do you do with the 700k we are paying Fogarty. There is a salary cap - that is why Canberra would not offer 3 years to a player Ricky " wanted " to keep.
