    I was very impressed with Schuster staying with Josh Aloiai after his nasty knock. Didn’t leave his side until he was walked off. Genuine concern for his mate.

    He’s a young half getting no playing time in the halves. What do people expect? Davey has been playing quite well and Des is struggling to inject Schuster into a game. He only came on the other night because Foran had an HIA.

    His goal kicking has proved costly in both the Cowboys and Eels games. While his percentage might be better than Lyon’s, I feel that Lyon kicked well when he needed to kick well. Kicked poorly in games where it didn’t really matter. More clutch for me.

    Geeze the Ox hate in that second one, less than a year after leading them to a 40-0 GF win. That said, I remember him getting bagged during 2008, some were probably crucifying him for missing a few conversions in the GF.

    DCE has a better long kicking game and is a better field goal exponent. Ox was no slouch though and kicked plenty of important field goals. I’d take Ox pretty comfortably, DCE is 32 and still lacks composure. Too many rush of blood to the head plays for me.
