All NRL Games [Round 24, 2024]

Can't believe I'm going for Parra, but I'd love to see them beat the Rooters tonight. Playing in a puddle, anything could happen.

    Post-Game Discussion Manly V Warriors [Round 24, 2024]

Good to see the momentum continue. The ref was rubbish but we can be out worst enemies... Considering what the weather did, anything could have happened really. So overall I'm happy with the two points. Remember how Brookie used to cop so much flack for its playing surface. Not a single...

Game Day: Manly V Warriors [Round 24, 2024]

We are done today, we can't beat this ref..

Game Day: Manly V Warriors [Round 24, 2024]

Feels like the Raiders game again. Deadset if we just complete our sets we should romp this in...but the Wahs are desperate.

Discipline again....said it earlier today, it's been atrocious...dropped balls and penalties...ffs

Game Day: Manly V Warriors [Round 24, 2024]

Warriors are a momentum team. Our discipline has been atrocious. If we let them get away, they're hard to reign back in. That being said, we really should win this by 20. But games we are meant to win by 20 scare m the most.

    The scales of Reuben.

I'm seeing improvement. The last month Saab is seeing a lot more ball. There's less hero plays and he's making great meterage with his runs. I am concerned about his susceptibility to concussions, he's had a couple of HIA this season now. Still a work in progress but I think he's playing better...

Back 5 with Koula returning ?

The back 5 we had today is our best....this season. I've no doubt that Koula has a big future with us, but this year he hasn't been his best. Not a bad guy to have as cover though.

MVP: Raiders v Sea Eagles vote away

    3. Brooks - love it when he runs at the line, have said it before, Manly are at their best with a running number 6. 2. Lehi - he somehow bends the line in his hit ups. With his size, he really shouldn't, but he does. Proving a revelation 1. Turbo - He'll never be v2021 Turbo, the speed isn't...

Game Day: Raiders V Manly [Round 23, 2024]

Our discipline is rubbish..Brownie is a bench player. His energy off the bench makes the difference. When he starts his discipline is terrible as he fatigues. This could be ugly as we are our own worst enemies..

Is a good loss a thing?

This upcoming Bye is going to be a good thing, that's for sure. Neither HIA guy will miss a game and there's a couple carrying niggles that will benefit. I expected a loss here. But I do agree that losing in a game where you show guts and commitment can have a positive influence on the playing...

    MVP: Rd 21 v Roosters

    3. Gordy - probably looked out most threatening 2. Bully - as per above, was the only one I felt could break the line 1. Ummmm...not sure... Tommy Tiger. That'll do.

    Post-Game Discussion Roosters V Manly [Round 21, 2024]

Not really sure what to say about that...we came back well considering we had no centre on either side...please don't say Burbo is a centre....but let's be honest ..Easts were woeful in that second 40... woeful. Credit to is, they really should have run in 50 but we rode some luck and stayed...

Game Day: Roosters V Manly [Round 21, 2024]

I reckon the bye might even beat us next week

Has Bullemor improved big time ?

I definitely see more intent on his tackling. He was previously susceptible to a few soft misses a game, but he's improving considerably in that area. I love him as a bench player. Should never be a regular starter. His leg speed is perfect for an impact player.

    TEAM V roosters

This is the sort of game I'd put big Ray in for. We'll need to be physical to beat them. Let him get in Dom Young's face. Tommy is the safer bet under the high ball obviously. But I prefer Tommy / Burbo defensively for the back row / centre combo than Burbo / Bully/ Waddell. Whoever they go...

    Tommy Talau

He's matured so much as a player this year. At the Tigers he was mistake ridden ...this far here he's one of our safest. Another top game....not to be fussy, but imagine if he had Koulas speed. Would have scored a hattrick today.

    MVP: Rd 20 v Titans

3.Turbo - So much joy in watching him play freely. Fingers crossed he can eventually break the injury curse. 2. Brooks - Played like Foz version 2011. Took on the line, put guys into holes. It's what we want from our number 6 1. Burbo - I'm often critical. And after the first 15 mins I was...

    Manly - Top 8

I don't think we can underestimate how important a game tomorrow is. Chance to open up a legit gap between the teams battling for 8th.

    Quac dropped

Regardless to how tame his actions were, the dumba$s should have stayed off the field. Take the early plea and move on. They won't win an appeal as he's entered the playing field as a non participant of the game and put his hands on a player...
