    Only criticism i have: Our forwards were being outmuscled defensively at our end. And Marty kind of seemed slow mo when playing the ball. Other than that everything else was top notch.

    On paper, it looks like NSW will put a cricket score on them. If that's the case, hopefully it wont affect DCE's confidence back in clubland.

    I hate to say it, but I think NSW will put a cricket score on QLD. If that happens I hope DCE wont be mentally affected by it.

    DCE being captain, should've had some influence on Qlds pack performance, kept his team composed ( they gave aawy 5 penalties in a row). Also his grubbers and long distance kicks were weak. I'm NS welshman, but was hoping Cherry would have a blinder.

    I'd say that QLD would lose it through Hunt - NSW win it through Cook - and unfortunately DCE (being captain) would have to bear it. Isn't there any other options than Hunt at Hooker?

    DCE winning an Origin series (also being the winning captain) as opposed to a one-off MOTM game, would be of more value to his leadership development for his club. Also don't forget, he has not won an Origin series yet.

    Although I'm a new south welshman, I would be glad to see DCE win a SOO series and bring that 'high' back to the club. However I'm thinking Cook and Tedesco are the major gamebreakers, but I also reckon DCE/Munster combo will be stronger than NSW halves. Hard one to pick!
