Changing a decision rule i think makes it quite cut and dry By saying “shall not subsequently alter those judgments” unless foul play, which there was none. He had to stick by the decision the way i read it.- Eaglehauser

The 6 again was initially the wrong call but they needed to live with the call rather than making a second call to correct it mid stream which is not fair to Canberra in this case. easy fix, 1. scrap TPAs 2. cap increase % every year 3. NRL determines individual players minimum wage range based on KPI's (rep players etc) 4. all wages stay in the cap with no external top ups - incentive for this taken away by point 3 because player will already be getting their worth...- Eaglehauser
