Downward pressure on the head only counts if you are an established first grader. Look at the b&llsh*t penalty awarded to Farah (established first grader) before the WT's last try. Common trend. Always give your penalties against "no names" like Parker, Suli and Fainu because they are least likely to fire back at you, as opposed to Smith, Thurston, Cronk etc- Aussie Battler
