    Honestly who cares what age they are if they are performing at the elite level. I guess the only problem currently is the salary cap. Do you keep an older player and lose good juniors looking for that break or cut the older player and give the juniors what they crave rather than risk losing...

    I perceive a starting prop as tough to battle the early aggression and get the team on the front foot. Then the bench prop comes on and provides explosive impact when the opposition has been softened. Hopefully good enough to keep the momentum and good work going. Hey, I know I am a simpleton.
