    Yep having torn mine, it is definitely when you accelerate really quick or decelerate is when you can aggravate it, took a lot of rehab to get it right. But with Brett it seems to be more unfortunate since its the structure of his knee which is putting constant strain on his hammy.

    Yep you are correct. It's a big no no bones, doesn't matter if he only had one or two with how against the clock he is he shouldn't be having a drop. I remember Jennings a few years back got dropped by Penrith for just having a few beers trying to come back from injury.
