100% agree with your last sentence , but in 2025 money is far far more important. As far as the Broncos go , far far too much influence by the old boys. Old boys should be celebrated , once a year , not control the club year round. That’s their issue- Mark from Brisbane

Yes , I can see it coming. They’ll eliminate a few Sydney clubs to foster growth in areas they see as being better demographics. Ipswich Jets ( west of Brisbane ) , absolute RL heartland. This is a pretty sweet deal for Penn ( now , not initially ) , pretty much all the major costs are covered with the salary cap / footy department grant SO there is no real need to spend loads extra unless you are chasing huge success.
