    Agree we need a modern version of Des, and it is disappointing that no one has emerged from our last great dynasty (2007-2014) to fill that role. Maybe Ballin, but it would have been great to see Lyon, Glen Stewart, watmo etc progress into the coaching ranks. Maybe Jake or Tom down the track?

    Gordy - I believe a full time professional dummy half should be able to fix a basic elementary problem via coaching. Saab - any comparison to Daniel Topou just makes Saabs hands appear even worse. Garrick - well he’s back to where he belongs on the wing, so that suggests to me it didn’t work...
