    Not last night. Early on the Dragons had absolutely no ball. Every time the Cows made a break and the Dragons scrambled to stop it, the referee doubled down and gave the Cows 6 again on top of it.     I can see the NSW bleating causing another NRL kneejerk rule change so that games can't end like last night with the defenders slowing down the play the balls. Will probably say is not fulltime until the end of the set of six tackles, not the next tackle like it is now.
