    Interesting point that one , the resting of players if they have niggles is smart , if they are fit I believe it’s a roll of the dice. They could easily get blown off the park by a rampaging Bronco’s who are on somewhat of a roll at present.

    Honestly if we give contracts to TKO & Lodge ( neither on big dollars ) I’d rather we target a young go hard prop who is languishing in reserves ( not getting a run due to the superstars in front of him). Jake & Taniela as the run ons TKO & ???? On the bench Navale to lock ( run on).

    Yeah and it’s those players who aren’t being picked in first grade ( regularly ) that I think we should target , it’s just like Talau wanting a regular spot rather than sitting in Reggie’s and getting games only due to injuries.     I’d suggest the “ no guarantee of first grade run on” is probably the more important issue here. And remember he hasn’t actually got a start elsewhere yet , so money , at this stage isn’t a factor.
