    If you said that in 2013 I would agree with you. From 2004-2016 he won 59.3% of games and was a truly elite coach. Since 2017 he has won 40.8% of games and is now one of the worst coaches in the comp.

    I appreciate that it's not your main point, but I think every club sort of pays out their coaches. You either extend them or fire them don't you? Not passing judgement on whether that's right or wrong but it's rare that a contract just expires and both parties move on.

    Agree with a lot of this - but interested to hear what you thought of Simpkin last night, as you mentioned, we have lacked a crafty 9. I thought he offered that against the Raiders, which was very encouraging.
