Game Day: Manly V Eels [Round 4, 2025]

Agree danny-boy which is why I'm hoping we beat the slime, and DCE has poor game. I want the win to be about the club, the playing group and not just DCE.

Ben Teo was right all those years ago, and it's obvious the 'germ' hasn't changed

Game Day: Manly V Eels [Round 4, 2025]

Or, it could go the other way Mark where if we win comfortably and DCE has a good game....well you know the ultimate bashing the club will get and the super stardom accolades he'll get.

Never thought I'd say this but, I for once agree with Buzz. Weidler however, is a w***er.🖕 That I would've said many times.

If no DCE, what halves could of won us a premiership by now!

100% agree 47. Look at where the dogs are on the ladder and only getting better. Why? Because they don't have flashy players, most are nobody's and surplus from other clubs, but they are players who are determined and full of effort. Gutho would've been that player for us because like the...

Wasn't the club considering Tanah Boyd at one point? Must've been around that time when DCE asked for a release. Thankfully that never eventuated

    Jamal Fogarty

Maybe Fogarty is just smoke and mirrors from the club, instead they're after someone else, Galvin maybe. Just my opinion.🤷

    NRL Games [Round 4, 2025]

It's looking like a weekend of upsets. I'm worried about tomorrow now and you know it'll be a media frenzy if we do.

    NRL Games [Round 4, 2025]

Good for us yes, but this is what worries me because previously in these same situations, the games we're expected to win especially after the top teams have lost, we end up losing the game and position on the ladder. I'm hoping times have changed 🤞

    NRL Games [Round 4, 2025]

My fear are the dogs. The NRL would love to have them in a GF and I reckon there'll be a few leg-ups to help them get there... sales will go through the roof and the NRL will make a motza!

No doubt Sundays game will all be focused on the 2 players who've just taken over the first 4 weeks of the season in Brown and Chez. I just want our team to put all this crap behind them (if they haven't already), and play like a united team by putting on a great performance and smashing the...

Possibly not coming home Mark, but these days they fly in and fly out. Ben Ikin did that for 360 and think Gordie does that now. So really whether he's in Redcliffe or not, he'll still be able to do his media gig.

Unless he wanted to go back to Qld, what other family reasons would it be? He's more than comfortably set up in Sydney financially and his kids are settled in school, so we hear. Only other reason/excuse is he's received a better offer elsewhere!

I'd rather Tino. Think he's only signed till 2027 also.

Source: Daily Telegraph DCE: the ‘Sea Eagle for life’ who wants out Daly Cherry-Evans is a champion player. But the career of Manly’s club captain involved threats to quit, an infamous backflip on the Titans and repeated promises to remain a one-club player. Sea Eagles fans deserve an...

If my memory serves me correctly, didn't Seibs ask the NRL he wanted Large to play in a trial game and they said no? Seibs must think he's ready like Sualii was at a similar age.
