    Why are they so bad? Touch judges won't do anything unless it's a kick for goal. Video refs come up with so many crazy decisions. Main ref, pocket refs are so inconsistent. Everyone of them seem scared. Too many rule changes? Too afraid to be seen as the major factor in games? I watch a lot...
