    Pre-Game Manly V Souths [Round 18, 2025]

MCK 18 man is a little interesting. He's been playing centre in ressies of late. One of the back rowers must be in doubt I guess.

Why I Think Manly Will Never Compete Long-Term Again

A league club, without income from a leagues club. It beggars belief. It's hard to feel sorry for our club owner unfortunately. Owning a footy team is like a yacht but more $$$$$. And if the Penns can't run a sports club business like the big boys. They are probably in the wrong ha hum...

Young Forwards - Do we have any?

I rate him.. It's probably a bit to do with the type of back rower he is as well, and yeah it's our weakness position for sure. He's not really ready for A grade just yet. But I absolutely think he's will play A grade. Im a little frustrated Navale hasn't seenore minutes he's knocked the...

Young Forwards - Do we have any?

Still young. But Hugo Harts one I'd be comfortable blooding early. After 30 June club can play anyone can't they? We should see more blooded back end especially if or when a finals spot is over. Navale hasn't played enough top grade this year for mine.

Why I Think Manly Will Never Compete Long-Term Again

Our owner and his meistros go to lengths to tell us this is a world class list of players. Someone knows more $$$$ are needed.

Why I Think Manly Will Never Compete Long-Term Again

Think of it this way. Our only period of success since a cap. Was built around $$$ by back ending deals creating a window to compete with $$$$. Since NRL have removed ability to seriously back ending now there are limits. And Manly have been blah.

Why I Think Manly Will Never Compete Long-Term Again

That's now. But Dogs could easily have 5 premierships in a row if they are being set up for long term success, juniors knocking the door down from the bottom. Aka Penrith. Win comp replace over priced star with cheaper kid who are the cream of the crop and you developed. And they are buying...

Young Forwards - Do we have any?

A team needs a mix of old and new. A few years back we had younger middles like Keppie and Jake lacked that dominant alpha to show the way. Now we have the experience but outside of bull who are they shaping. But you need both.

Letting JA go early, probably adds a few extra coins into the piggy for the upcoming Black Friday sales.

He would be considered a marque forward signing for Manly these days. A NRL STAR.😝

    June 30 Deadline

Sounds like a very late in is coming soon. And it's the bloke who is busted and can't play in 2025. FMD.

    Paul Bryan

The media can't have it both ways. Bryan was a said swap for Arthur. Now Arthur is said swap for Heatherington but it's fallen over? Where has our top 30 spot for Bryan come from then? Is Bryan a non 30 signing? Is Bryan even still coming? There is more question than answers. And...
