2014 Sea Eagles Top 25 squad

I've noticed on the official MWSE site that the top grade squad only has 22 players named. Those who are NOT there are

Tyson Andrews
Jayden Hodges
Kayne Lawton
Chase Blair
Delroy Berryman

Just wondering which 3 will get a top 25 contract or are we still shopping around.

Surely the site will be fixed up, there are mistakes everywhere and in the Holden Cup profiles there are 13 boys on there who don't play for manly anymore or have moved up and some new players who are not on there. There is very little information on each player ( short and sweet ! ) Compared to the Souths Profiles and other clubs, which were up a month ago, its been done with No Effort and Thought, Very Unprofessional and Rushed. Not a Good look for Sponsors and the Public. They need someone who knows what they are doing working on it and wanting to make it look fantastic. Quite Embarrassing really.

I think they (MWSE back office) are severely under resourced at the moment. Like any fashionable business model these days the easiest way to turn a profit and please the shareholders is to cut costs. Easiest cost to cut is labour/wages. Improves bottom line but does nothing for quality of service and/or product.

He is signed but Hiku is your next best option, or Taylor from the 20s ( Australian Schoolboys, NSW Schoolboys League and twice NSW Rugby Union player ) Specialised Winger who is a Speedster. Only young but Will Definitely be playing 1st grade, playing centre at the moment for Holden Cup. Funny they have Gutho at 186 kgs, he must have eaten plenty of pies after the Parra Trial. Lol

I actually think the Websites are run by the NRL now.....if you look each one looks exactly the same.

I am not sure how much the back office at MWSE actually does, think it might just feed the information to the No Real Leadership team to implement....BUT, I may be wrong.

MWSE just have to co-ordinate all their marketing efforts to ensure that their web presence does not detract from the professionalism that they strive for with Sponsors and Memberships :idea:

The Player Profiles must be available in a database of our Contracts Department. Therefore a simple monthly refresh till 1st July (the cutoff for new Players) each year should not be a technical challenge.
