We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. If you paid for premium membership and are still seeing ads please let me know and the email you used against PayPal and I cam manually verify and upgrade your account.
Does make you think though...how many really physical players have we had in recent years? Probably only Watmough, Matty Ballin and BJ Lawrence that clearly do a lot of extra work in the gym. Certainly won't hurt the team spirit to have a guy doing 300kg deadlifts in the same gym as the rest of the squad!

Didn't really help the tigers.. they probably thought that Marty could do all the work for them on the field!

Throw in Parcell - the buy of the year & its a serious team with a coach who has little respect from most....but plenty from the most important ppl ...the players.

Agreed! Its almost criminal how well placed we are for front rowers all of a sudden!
We can talk about this forever. The names of players count for something but so does heart.
Over the years there is evidence of how "heart and soul" have won the day over superior names eg the first year Fatty coached QLD, some of the NZ sides over us etc.
The side has been drastically changed and who knows how they will gel. The support staff (10, 20 ?) have been removed less then graciously.
I would be shocked if this team fired at the start of the year.
You don't remove Matt Ballin, Donny Singe, Tooves, and all the back room staff and expect things to be ok. They might have forgotten but the big factor is that they are real people and not just names on paper.
