It will be interesting to see which players make the grade for their club when teams can draw from the reserve grade (intrust cup)(premier league)(knock on cup). Not sure how clubs manage this with the salary cap but I am sure there will be some unfair advantage for a few teams.

That's what I thought. Blacktown players can play any time during year if injuries strike and an exemption granted. Not sure we will see any real changes in any teams come round 10

They brought in a new rule this year I believe, Round 11 is significant because it’s the first round NSW/Qld Cup players are eligible to play NRL.
I don’t know the ins and outs of how it works but that’s why Karmichael Hunt won’t play until round 11 for the Broncos. He’s not technically in their top 30 and wouldn’t be getting an exemption for injuries.
