All NRL Games [Round 18, 2025]

BTW isnt Josh Curran a bog ordinary player.

Surprised we didnt buy him.
I'm pretty sure we tried, but he went to the Dogs instead🙂

And yes, I jokingly replied that nobody had any love for Billy Waters, not even in the Walters clan, but he has been playing really well as an impact player.

Am I right that the Broncos haven't lost a game since we belted them at Brookvale? And in that same time span, we've beaten… the Tigers.

What a **** second half performance, they deserved to lose that, they aren't winning jack **** playing like that!

The most joy Trent Barrett has ever had at a Dogs game. See him jumping around in the box? Usually he does that dead-behind-the-eyes Ken doll thing. For once he was - quite literally - animated.

Curran was awful tonight, Galvin overplayed his hand way too many times.

But the big weakness of the Dogs is their high energy play style, if they can't put a team to the sword early they run the risk of being run down. It's how we beat them in the finals last year and the Broncos showed it again tonight.
Agree. Massive choke by the dogs. Curran was terrible. They pulled him, and his replacment dropped it first touch. Referee made some strange decisions favouring them also. How did they get that scrumfeed just before their first try. Kickow knocked it on for sure. That ginger ref's a Muppet.

Its a painful sight to see for both of us

I take no form from that game beyond full time.

Both teams decimated.

Winners should not get carried away, and Dogs just move on and forget the loss.

Seriously, if we lose on Sunday no matter if its a close one or they blow us off the park or whatever.....

This place will be in meltdown mode until sometime Monday arvo.

And just like that, the team that is just plain crap.....wins.

Go figure 🤷‍♂️

As for Galvin, tonight I'd give him about 3/10.

That's four too many points.

He was abysmal.

He requires a strong halves partner to help take the pressure off him, a person who can guide the team around the park whilst he can conjure up some "special plays".

Some of his pass selection(s) and the timing of those during passages of tonight's game, left a lot to be desired.

It will be interesting to see what defence is put up by those in the media who've been banging on about Galvin the last three months.

They'll trot out the "He's still learning the Dogs ways" BS and just run cover for him.

And while in a sense that is true, we've also seen the downside to recruiting former Wests Tigers........
