The VRC are running a race at Flemington over a mile in which the horses are nominated by popular public vote.
There's a horse eligible in the vote that I know the owners are big Manly fans, and in fact it carries the mighty maroon and white coloured silks.
So if you are into racing (or not) then vote for "Laure Me In", it may not have the class of some of the other nominees yet so will be an outsider if it gets a start, but it's on the improve so you never know.
