This is great news! But (as a brewer) I can't help but feel, If only it were some of the (still) independent local breweries like Nomad and Modus Operandi.
It may be great to have a local brewery supplying Brookie but it's still a multinational dictating what can and can't be sold.

No big deal, they still make lots of interesting batch brews at the Keller door at manly, and the brookie place. The bottled stuff is good too.

The sellout helped them get it in to bottle os and pubs everywhere, local company success story.

Like I said this is great for the club and definitely a step in the right direction by having another locally established brand associated with the club and better beer at Brookie.
......and if I could sell a locally based brewery for a premium price I probably would to.
But, I won't be in a rush to run out and by beer where the lion's share of profits go overseas to a company that actively discourages pubs and bars from serving independent (and local) alternatives.
