Why would anyone attempt a 40/20 anymore? If you kick a 40/21 that's 7 tackle set against your team.

The NRL rules need a complete overhaul from some real rugby league people. Give the gig to Toovey.

For example, put in a good field goal attempt, but if you just miss that's a 7 tackle punishment set against your team. If instead you put in such a hopeless field goal kick that the opponents charge it down, you get rewarded with a new 7 tackle set (zero + six).
