Downing Centre again.
They had to reschedule the May one due to the prosecutor not handing over all their evidence and to give the police time to gather futher evidence and for the defence to obtain the alleged victims school, medical records..
(I think that's it from memory)..
I don't know if Brett has to appear as he didn't before but it is listed for tomorrow @ 9.30am.

Don't worry too much about Snake, as you know he suffers from Diabetes thus when mixed with Alcohol the argument in court will consist of :

Hypoglycaemia, also known as a “hypo” or low blood sugar, occurs when the blood glucose level falls too low. This means below approximately 3.5mmol/l. Hypoglycaemia can only occur in someone who is treated with insulin or some diabetes tablets. The symptoms of a hypo can be Double vision, Unusual behaviour,  Confusion, Drowsiness which may lead to unconsciousness.

Based on the facts that we know thus far if he does have a case to answer (speculating) he should be let off with a warning.
