Thought Kelly had a terrific debut, looks confident, better defensively that I was led to believe by some posters on here. Just slightly concerned at how quickly Semi rounded up Kelly when he was in the clear

That wasn't a good look, but neither was Tommy Turbo getting chased down by Beau Scott last year.
On both occasions we had a Manly back chased down by an eel with full lungs, and cross lateral chase downs save some metres too.
Kelly was probably gassed from his first grade debut match and the otherwise 'slow poke' Raddadra was fresh, waiting on his wing to get involved. Kelly is one of the quicker players in the league too. Already turns a better top speed that Lyon and Mattai so hopefully the other parts of his game can do the same for us in time : )
