Brookvale Oval naming rights in 2017?

Just read Zorba's last regular piece for the Manly Daily this year and he signed off with this line, which to me says that the naming rights for Brookie may have been sold for 2017?

"Merry Christmas and see you in 2017 at Brookie ... which may not just be known as simply Brookvale Oval next year."
