Anyone have any experience with such an injury? Specifically, ever heard of any successful non-surgical treatments?

Sounds bad. no idea what a bucket handle tear is
I had a little meniscus tear earlier this year, which physio fixed. Still not 100% but it will get there.just got to keep working on exercises

The NRL physio on Twitter is pretty good. I’ve asked him a cpl non related NRL questions for my other half, and he has been very helpful.
