In todays conditions, Joe should have been on the bench ahead of Bailey. I always feel a bit safer in the final 20 when he is on the park

Who cares.  What now won't be playing for us on Friday through injury or ridiculous rep scheduling.

Choc has a bad groin which is often a 3 to 4 week injury at least. They heal very slowly. Joe will get a lot more game time, though we will miss Chocs speed, though not his mistakes.

Joe would have more use today on the bench - as not too many forwards stood up the big Broncs.

Groin kept Ian Roberts out for most of 1989.

I think that is Harry Kewell's injury is also groin. He is up to about his 16th operation so far and apparently it is still dodgy as. So I guess these kinds of injuries can be troublesome on occasion.

The problem for Harry is that the Turkish club doctors decided to staple his groin last time and did such a bad job his rehab is running at over half a year. They are difficult to fully clear and it is not good news.
