DCE Playing Injured

This article indicates DCE is playing with a torn calf. Wish he would result for origin and allow it to heal. Massive guts though.

Yeah he could mate if it's a left calf issue.
Planting the left to kick it with his right wouldn't be impossible.

I agree he's obviously not 100% - he's barely kicking and rarely stretching out - and it's a worry.
Even coming off the bench, the cauldron of Origin is no place to take it easy.

All we can hope is he doesn't aggravate it further and makes some mistakes!

Well QLD picked a 19 man squad, so it is plausible that he wont play.

He hasn't been 100%, and if he does play origin I guess there is a chance he wont be playing on sunday vs the bongos.

Just confirms what we suspected and is obviously the reason he's left the goalkicking to Skivvi lately.

However, still managed to kick the match winning field goal the other night, which is admirable under the circumstances. Full marks for playing on regardless!
