I have a feeling Kelly is being let go for a reason, otherwise it makes no sense.

Based on current roster 8-12 for me.

I also believe Kelly has been let go because Dez has many other plans he will bring to light as time transpires. Kelly was a great kid and I wish him all the success in the world, however, in Dez i trust.

I believe/hope we will end up 6th in the 2019 premiership, and finish 4th over all after finals play offs. However, 2020 grandfinal appearance as I believe the boys will be mentally as hard as concrete with Dez,Don, Novak, Monas

Unless Kelly has said he wants to be closer to family and the Club is being compassionate. If this is the case, it is not a football decision for the Club but rather a welfare one.

Yes also possible, and as someone else has said no point in having them if their hearts not in it!!!
