Football shafted for Royal Wedding

Channel 9 has dumped Friday Night Football for the Royal Wedding. What a load of horse****. Who cares?
Apparently they are playing the games on Gem so they don't get done for anti-siphoning. From what I've heard the lead game in both NSW & QLD will be Broncos v Bulldogs followed by Rabbitohs v Sharks on replay.
What can I say, I'm still pissed. I understand why the network is doing it, cause its a big event that will rate, but honestly the royal family could not bore me anymore and I have 0 interest in the wedding

Nein take absolutely no responsibility for the sports they buy the rights to. All they're interested in doing is preventing anybody else having the rights so they can pick & choose what they show & when.

And for you people who don't have access to GEM, if Regional I understand, but if you're in the City then just spend $40 to get a set top box.

I suspect anyone on here spends alot more than that throughout the year to support Manly.

All the major rural centres have digital TV now.Same as metro-just a digital or HD TV or set top box required.
