Should the "Free Play" rule be adopted in the NRL?

    I really like the excitement of the free play rule. With the reduced interchange this would be very exciting with a fatigued pack. Opens the game up so teams chance their arm. Thoughts?

    I'm not a fan.

    It's too harsh on the other team, and I think they should stop tinkering with the rules!

      I think the 9s and the All Stars is a good place to trial these new things. I like this in the 9s, don't like the thought in NRL.

      They trialled the 'restart of the tackle count' in the All Stars match a few years ago ( holding down players in tackle you didn't get a kick penalty just restart the count). Again liked the trial, but not in the NRL.

      As I have no confidence in the nrl nor the referees to be able to handle a rule change like this competently....it's a no from me.
