Front Loaded Contracts

Des has been guilty of using back loaded contracts in the past.

What are the chances of going the opposite way and loading contracts up front so they diminish over time with the recently signed upgrades for the Turbos and others plus the unusual payment to Fainu while he is unavailable.

it would help to explain a few strange decisions lately and why we are keeping players to fill the gaps at present.

I thought most contracts were 'front loaded' in so much as the older the player gets, the less they are worth (eventually).

If contracts were front loaded you end up with the you end up with an initial exploding salary cap

These are my thoughts exactly what’s happening at the moment with this years cap. I feel Des could be setting up his premiership push for his final years by front loading a couple of contracts and buying a couple gun leading into 2022 and 2023
