Journey Man
IMO the greatest modern cricketer has finally called stumps.

Loved his grace and professionalism and was in awe off his all round ability.

Batting 13174 @ 55.12 with 44 centuries (only 7 behind Tendulker and higher avg)
Bowling 292 @ 32.53
Catches 199, was a good slipper as well.

I expect South Africa will struggle a bit next year being 1 bowler/batter short compared to what they are used to.

Great player. His batting was top class as his average suggests. When you throw in 300 test wickets on top of that then you are in rare company. Probably only sobers would challenge him for best ever all rounder.

In fact just thinking about the quality of his off field catch then he probably gets the nod. She is smokin. Well played Jacques.

Most underrated cricketer of all time

I agree. I under-rated him all the time. I dunno why (besides idiot gene).

But an awesome cricketer (and scored above his weight off field too!)

Hope he has a good 'retirement.'

I guess one more series against the mighty aust was just too daunting for him, hey ke, hey hey hey!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Probably considers himself too classy to have to associate with riff raff like Warner, Johnson, Haddin, Smith etc

Your user name should be in green, you're so jealous of Aust.

Bet you sneak over here to work, like the rest of yer brethren!!!!

yeah

take that

maybe hadlee ws going to write how aust should be sanctioned for being meany-pants.
