Had look at the 2012 player roster with the players sporting the new jersey and its nice to see that all the young guys were retained for at least 2012.

I notice Liam Foran is still there. My thoughts on Liam in 2012 is that he may be used as a backup hooker for Balllin incase of injury, rep duty or maybe even off the bench in a couple of games if there is some mid to late season fatigue creeping in. Also with Seu Seu being released we don't have a specialist hooker in the top 25.

I know alot of people on here think JB is a good hooker and he has played there previously but I personally think will make a better lock then hooker and don't really want to see him wasting any time in hooker.
Some people are probably thinking we are only paying him to keep his brother happy.

While we have DCE and Riccardi I cant see him getting a game at half back. Interested in other peoples opinions as to what his position with Manly in 2012 will be or to even if he will make a decent hooker.

hi clay, liam is a solid player but no more. Never a chance with matt and dce/keiran/riccardi. That is why young lussick left as he probably saw the halves full long term. We had seu and a really good young kid named liam higgins at hooker. Liam Higgins never got much of a go because of seu seu and not sure if he is still with us. He had a great 2010 in toyota cup.

Didn't hear about Darcy leaving - or Darren are you talking abouit 2013 and onwards?

JB is a super sub, hopefully he will get more game time. He is so like Beaver, bring him on in any spot at any stage of the Game and he will make a difference.

Liam seems to be destined to be in his brothers' shadow. Hope we get to see all three grades play a few times at Brookie this year.

He's referring to Joey Lussick who's gone to Parra. Tho there are rumours that Darcy will follow his brother at Parra.

Darcy will stay at Manly if he gets a reasonable offer to stay.
Liam Foran has little chance of cracking the top squad but Riccardi is the dynamo you would like to bounce of the interchange & should get a gig in 2012.
Happy to keep Liam if it means keeping Kieren.

Geez I hope your right about Darcy. Couldnt see why Manly wouldn't offer him a decent contract to stay. I'm worried that desperate teams like Parra will throw ridiculous money that he couldn't knock back. Add to that his brother being there, its got me worried.

sorry guys, didn't mean to scare you, joey lussick, a top junior half back. Riccardi is the one I am keen to watch. Has all the skills but big step from toyota cup to nrl, but hey, didn't bother dce!!

Liam Higgins is still at Manly. Seu Seu I believe is not.
