Maybe we should call it the "Monas Overboard" Affair or the "Anti-Tamper Day Muckn'Tears"
monas aint no liar. if he said he didnt then he didnt.
"People have been saying that I've asked for more money and the simple fact of the matter is that I never asked for one cent more than they offered me . They made me an offer and I was happy to sign it when my manager (Jim Banaghan) got back from overseas. For people to come out and say that I asked for 30 per cent more, that's the most disappointing thing. While the rest of it is disappointing, that's a bitter pill to swallow. People hear that and they buy it straight away because it's come from the club."
