Anyway you dice it, this was Rugby League's greatest era, by far.
Refs keeping the whistle in his pocket.
Quick, quick game, with offloads galore. Very open style play, still with some bruising defence.

I miss the 90's
It has never been the same since the SL war, unfortunately.
