You have to laugh as well they AUTOMATICALLY change you to automatic renewal each year, and each year I email them and tell them I want to look at the draw first ( as we are away so much) , last year I was promised I’d be off auto renewal , bingo , the letter arrived a few weeks ago!

Do they think I don’t read my letters and they’ll just charge me regardless?
