Membership numbers

Does anyone know what our record numbers are ?

I see we are nearly at 6000 , i thought we normally maxed out at around 10,000 .

I wonder how many of those 800,000+ Storm supporters have ever attended a game (or for that matter watched a full game of RL). So many people down here will say things along the lines of "I support the Storm but to be honest I know next to nothing about RL and I don't really watch it much. Does that meet the requirements to be called a supporter?

They like the colour purple

Thanks for posting this @HappilyManly

Look how much potential we have to boost our membership
We just have to keep spreading the good news
Birds of a feather stick together , all for one and one for all !!!

Does anyone have the number before the des announcement. Curious to see how many people jumped on board on the back of that announcement.

A couple of other posters have said that while it was low before the announcement (less than 1000) it coincided with the start of the automatic renewal date. So while the number jumped up to 4000 plus, it's hard to know what percentage was the auto renew-ers, and what percentage was the des-ers!

I'm pretty sure the numbers are usually still quite low around this time and continue to grow over December and January. I would think there are a lot more people willing to become members this year.
A plea from Beaver in the paper wouldn't be a bad idea, or a telephone call from a player.

I asked someone the other day who I figured has never been to a RL match who they follow, said the Storm, I asked why, he said he anything purple as he follows the Dockers in AFL. :banghead:
