What's been going on with Manly and Monday night games this year? Every Monday night game they've had they've dropped. I'm glad they're still in the top 8, but it would've been nice to walk away with the two points and being moved into the top four.

We have won one game on a Monday, it was against the Storm a few days before the cheating became known.  But yeah, terrible record this year.

I dislike Monday night matches, and obviously so to do Manly players. Is there a reason? Perhaps we should Ask Lowie!
Why we have had to play six Monday nights and a team like the Warriors nil just emphasises how much is wrong with this competition, compounded by the video ref, stupid rule changes, salary cap rorts, gambling on every nuance and the Broncos monopoly in Brisbane.

I'm sounding like Rex Mossop but the game ain't what it used to be.

Monday Night Games Per Team This Season:

Manly      6
Panthers  5
Roosters  5
Bulldogs  4
Raiders    4
Cowboys  4
Eels        4
Titans    3
Knights    3
Rabbits    3
Broncos  2
Storm      2
Dragons  2
Tigers      2
Sharks    1
Warriors  0

It's really evenly distributed isn't it (NOT)

Jeez thats terrible. Thats a lot of short turn arounds for us. Panthers and roosters have a lot as well. Wonder how much of there games they won

Out of the clubs hands...I spoke to Lowie about it when the Dragons fixture was released and apart from registering a complaint with the NRL (done each time) and trying to be nice to TV execs there is sweet nothing they can do.

We have had to cancel the supporters bus to both the Dragons and the Knights games this due to lack of numbers as Monday is just to heard to travel for many people especially those who have kids or strict work rosters (Ordinarily we get good numbers to these games)

Remember this is not new...Beavers last game against the Titans was a Monday night which blew all manner of celebrations, K'boshed around 250 MWTS supporters organisd by Mark to come to the game and meant the cancellation of the only official Titans away game tour for the season that had 80 on standby waiting for the game day to be released.

I'd like to see the Friday night stats.

I recall Manly having only played once, and we had to endure Parramatta, Canterbury or the Tigers garbage almost every week.

Ch9 went over to NZ for the Round 17 (Sunday 4th July) clash against the Eels and then they featured the following Sunday against Penrith at CUA Stadium Penrith. Whether NZ get these games on their free to air networks over there I don't know. You may have to check with Kiwi Eagle on that question.

Hey Jethro thanks for the lists, magnificent job :).

You should send this list to Ch9 and ask those bastards why we had to watch Canterbury and Parramatta a total fo 19 times this year.
Scheduling ahead is not excuse, they had every chance at the halfway point to schedules games differently in the second half and did absolutely nothiing.

With FTA results like that you can see why sponsors would want to jump on board some teams and not others. It makes it hard for some teams to survive financially.
