We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. If you paid for premium membership and are still seeing ads please let me know and the email you used against PayPal and I cam manually verify and upgrade your account.

Their response was petulant and clear to hear.
I've told a few CEOs to f... themselves, but it was in private and not utilizing mass media to damage the corporation that was paying me.
Really offensive to those of us who pay to support our Club, only to have it constantly attacked by very well paid personnel

Must admit I didn't see it. But I also wouldn't be surprised if there was both tactic and them being smart asses about it. Whether it sounds that way or not
