My team with 2 to be ommitted being 23 and 24 unless galuvao is injured. I expect 1-11 to be our Rd 1 team with gift and rodney to be included which is a very strong starting team.

Noticable ommision from the 24 named is Matt Cross, injured or dropped?

I wonder if the trial will go ahead given the sadness and death in Christchurch.  I realize Christchurch isn't Auckland, but perhaps some of the Warriors have relatives down there.  How are you faring Kiwi?

agree dsm, Majouliu and Palau both got stuck in, Tim Robinson looked very ordinary in trial so let's hope he improves, as for Cross, what's ahppend to him, played great at Storm, comes to Manly and crap.  ???

From todays Manly Daily:
"SEA Eagles fans breathe easy – your favourite son is in line to take on the New Zealand Warriors in a trial match this Saturday in Auckland."

From the DT:
"BRETT Stewart was the world's best fullback when he was first injured two years ago - and he can regain that form when he returns.
That is the opinion of Sea Eagles coach Des Hasler as Stewart prepares for another comeback to the NRL."

Sportal.com says he is in doubt - does anyone know anything out there?

"Stewart failed to train on Tuesday, adding to the mystery.

"He's been named but he's got some medical tests and fitness tests later this week and we'll see how he comes up," Hasler said.

"It's in the hands of our medical team."
