I was certain the eels were going to be the first pinged this year after their amazing co-incidence of a forward getting concussed after the first 20mins every game.

what a joke it was when they got called out on it, arfur got cranky but then they stopped doing it for a few weeks.

"Significant' fines don't mean as much as losing points. that'd stop it real quick.

After what I saw in the NFL this week,I feel comfortable that the NRL are heading in the right direction with their handling of this.

In general yes, but NRL got lucky that Radley and Murray survived that semi. Surely neither would have been allowed to play if it wasn't a knockout final.
